Zaleski, a great addition to the Rams offense

Langley Rams head coach Jeff Alamolhoda pleased to announce the addition of Jerod Zaleski congregation to its adoption in 2011 Canadian Junior Football League season.

22 years old Kelowna native is a graduate of the School of KSS Owls football and is a member of Simon Fraser University football program in the past three seasons.

6’4 “235 lbs caught Zaleski, 16 permits for 146 yards and some landing and returned four punts for 22 yards in eight games for the clan of the CIS in 2009.

Zaleski also clothing for eight of the clan of 10 games in 2010, but the Burnaby school to go on the run-oriented NCAA Div. 2 loops saw him mainly used as a blocking end and was limited to 1 catch for 6 yards on the season.

Jerod is looking forward to his return to the pass-oriented Canadian game and should be among the Canadian Junior Football League receiving leader in 2011.

Like Jordan Linnen exceeded expectations BC Lions in training camp, played in the Canadian Football League (CFL), an exhibition game surpassed those of the 21-year-old defensive back.

Linnen, a member of Langley Rams Canadian Football League junior clothing for Lions in the CFL game last Wednesday in the preseason against the Saskatchewan Roughriders. He was on the pitch Kick-off, and was at least settled in BC 34-6 victory.

“It was a surreal experience exceeded my expectations,” said five feet-10, 190 lbs. Linnen day after the match. “I was more reps than I thought and I made a couple of games.
Linnen was invited to rookie camp Lions and was asked to stay the main camp, while others around him were cut and sent home, Linnen remained in the camp and soon realized that he could get a chance to play in one of two preseason games.

“Then I thought I had the opportunity to get to one of the active roster for the game. So I worked hard to get this chance.”
